Creator Admin Page Refresh

This update adds a full Changelogs system to the TubeCraft SMP website. Visitors can now browse website and project updates from a dedicated changelogs page, with full individual update pages for each release. The system also includes an admin management page for creating, editing, and deleting changelog entries stored in JSON.
