Terms of Service
Rules for using TubeCraft SMP, website accounts, applications, and the content shown on this site.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using TubeCraft SMP (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
2. About the Site
TubeCraft SMP is a community Minecraft SMP website that displays administrator-managed content such as creators, seasons, videos, gallery items, events, announcements, application information, and community details.
The Site may include public account features, application tracking, internal or external applications, third-party media, and links to services such as YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Google Forms, or similar platforms.
The Site is hosted by Hamster Systems on servers located in Falkenstein, Germany, and was created in the United Kingdom by Charley Q at Hamster Systems.
3. Eligibility
Public visitors may browse the Site unless access is restricted for security, maintenance, or abuse-prevention reasons. Some features, such as user accounts, application submissions, or application status tracking, may only be available when enabled by the SMP team.
Joining TubeCraft SMP may require meeting requirements listed on the Apply page, within the built-in application form, or on any external application form currently selected by the SMP team.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, server, user accounts, or admin areas
- Attempt to bypass permissions, security systems, login checks, or access controls
- Disrupt, abuse, overload, scrape, spam, or attack the Site
- Upload, submit, link, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, malicious, or abusive content
- Impersonate staff, creators, applicants, administrators, or other users
- Submit false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, or spam application information
- Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. User Accounts
The Site may include a public account system for features such as applications, application tracking, and account-specific information.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You must not share your login details, attempt to access another user’s account, or use an account in a way that disrupts the Site or community.
TubeCraft SMP may suspend, disable, restrict, or remove accounts where necessary to protect the Site, community, staff, applicants, or other users.
6. Applications
Applications may be handled in different ways depending on how the SMP team has configured the Site. Applications may be closed, handled internally through the built-in website application system, or handled externally through a third-party form or external link.
If the built-in application system is enabled, the application form is configurable. This means the questions, sections, required fields, and form content may change over time depending on the current season, recruitment needs, community requirements, or staff decisions.
The built-in application system is not a guarantee that applications will always be open or available. It is only used when selected by the SMP team.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into TubeCraft SMP. Applications are reviewed by authorised staff, and decisions are made at the discretion of the SMP team.
Applicants must provide accurate information. False, misleading, incomplete, abusive, or spam applications may be rejected.
7. Admin-Managed Content
Content displayed on the Site, including creator pages, descriptions, images, video links, season information, gallery content, changelogs, and other public information, is entered and managed by authorised administrators.
If you believe any content is inaccurate or should be removed, contact us using the details below.
8. Data Stored
Depending on which features are enabled, the Site may store information such as:
- User account details
- Email addresses used for registration or notifications
- Application responses submitted through the built-in application system
- Application status and review notes
- Minecraft usernames
- Discord usernames or other contact details submitted by users
- Creator profiles
- Season details
- Videos and media
- Logos, banners, and gallery items
- Admin activity logs and security records
If applications are handled externally, information submitted through that external service may also be subject to the terms and privacy policy of that third-party platform.
9. Admin Access
Admin areas are restricted to authorised staff only. Admin accounts may have different permissions depending on role and access level.
Unauthorised access attempts, permission bypassing, or abuse of admin tools may result in account removal, application rejection, community removal, or further action where appropriate.
10. Email Notifications
The Site may send email notifications for account-related actions, application confirmations, application updates, password or account notifications, or other system messages.
Email delivery may be provided through SMTP or other configured mail services. Email delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party mail providers.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube, Discord, Twitch, Google Forms, email providers, analytics tools, or other external platforms.
We do not control these services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Hosting & Technical Logs
The Site is hosted by Hamster Systems on infrastructure located in Falkenstein, Germany.
Technical logs may be collected for security, diagnostics, performance, maintenance, and abuse-prevention purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
Site branding, layout, original content, logos, graphics, creator content, and SMP materials are owned by their respective owners and may not be copied, reused, redistributed, or falsely claimed without permission.
Third-party trademarks and content, such as YouTube branding, Discord branding, Minecraft branding, or creator-submitted media, remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or remove parts of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will be available at all times.
15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeCraft SMP, Hamster Systems, administrators, staff members, and contributors are not liable for losses or damages arising from:
