LOA & Webhook URL System Upgrade

Leave of Absence & Webhook URL System

This update adds a full Leave of Absence system and a centralised Discord webhook management page for TubeCraft SMP.

Added

• New Leave of Absence admin page.
• LOA reason and expected return/back date fields.
• LOA users are now ignored by inactivity alerts.
• Public LOA badge/tag for members currently on leave.
• LOA reason and back date are only visible in the admin panel.
• Discord embed notification when LOA starts or is updated.
• Discord embed notification when LOA ends or is cleared.
• New admin page called Webhook URL's.
• Support for multiple webhook URLs per notification type.
• Webhook test buttons for each webhook group.
• Dashboard card for Webhook URL management.
• Dashboard card for Leave of Absence management.

• Moved webhook management into one central admin page.
• Inactivity alerts now respect LOA status before generating alerts.
• Admin navigation now includes Leave of Absence and Webhook URL's links.
• Inactivity, application, and settings pages now direct admins to the central webhook page.

• Removed side advert rails from the public site layout.
• Removed the homepage footer advert block.

• Better separation between public information and admin-only staff management data.

Notes

LOA reasons and expected return dates are treated as internal staff/admin information

Webhook URLs can now be managed centrally and multiple URLs can be attached to the same notification type.
